We've all noticed that the server is extremely slow in the evenings when there's LDC, VFFA, league cup and other matches.

Why do the cups have to be played at 8pm? Wouldn't the server cope better with matches being played at random times like in the league?

It's a certainty that the server would be better able to cope with a schedule split.
We could either consider playing at 2 different times (18:00-20:00) or even 2 different days or, as a last resort, have these competitions played equally throughout the season, such as the Entente Championship - IS Cup - Classic Championship.
Because, apart from actually changing the timetable individually for your own match if you agree with your opponent and you're a VIP, there's nothing you can do about this bug, no repairs can be made, because there are some people for whom this bug smiles, but there are others who suffer the full force of it.

The 6pm-8pm double shift doesn't seem too crazy to me.
There will always be special cases where it doesn't work, but for server load, it's always better than 8pm only.

T'auras toujours des cas particuliers pour qui ça ne colle pas, mais pour la charge serveur, ce sera toujours mieux que 20h uniquement.
