The 1st phase is over. Now it's time for the final phase, bringing together the top 12 in the rankings.
In accordance with the rules :
The top 4 teams qualify directly for the quarter-finals
Teams ranked 5 to 12 will play off in the 1/8 finals
Teams ranked 13 to 16 are on the waiting list in case a team ranked 1 to 12 does not wish to take part in the final phase.

As a reminder, from this 7th edition onwards, the coaches of the participating federations will be financially rewarded according to the following scale:

The coaches of the 12 federations taking part in the 2nd phase will receive 3M.
The winner will receive 12 M and the runner-up a further 5 M
In addition, any victory during the 2nd phase (including on penalties) will be rewarded with 1M.
These prizes will be paid out at the end of the competition.
(NB: Any team failing to comply with the 2nd phase rules will be deprived of any financial prize)

Of the 16 qualified federations, those wishing to take part in the second phase must confirm their acceptance of the rules below.
NB: if the coach and the president are different, both must accept.

The final draw will be published on Tuesday. Between now and then, the federations that have qualified, except for the top 4, must not schedule any matches, otherwise they will be excluded from the final draw.

You call them up
So it's up to you to make up your list before calling up and withdrawing excess players. It's not up to the clubs that own the players to refuse selection.

11 federations (out of 12) have submitted their lists of 22 players.
Checks to ensure that they comply with the rules will be carried out until the end of the competition, as the list cannot be changed.

NB: Iraq has not submitted a list, despite a reminder sent to the coach.
